Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your cartridge order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days to return a cartridge from the day you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The cartridge must be unused and sealed in the original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the cartridge, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll get your refund through the same payment method you used.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- We only exchange cartridges if they are defective or damaged when delivered.
- If your cartridge isn’t working, please contact us with photos or a short video of the problem.
Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you ordered the wrong cartridge or changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.
